Review | Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel #86

I was so happy the day I finally went to the Inglot store at the Palms Shopping Mall in Lekki. It took me months after their opening to make it down there.
I haven't been inside any Inglot store before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was impressed with the set up. The store looks very organised and professional, just like other familiar brands.

I couldn't leave without picking up a few items for myself, and today I would review one on them.

AMC Eyeliner Gel 86

What Inglot Says:

This high intensity pigments provide ideal coverage and rich colors after just one application. The creamy and delicate long lasting formula, dries to a long lasting, smudge proof and crease proof finish.

Packaging: It comes in a transparent jar with a black cover , which is very similar to other brands. This product doesn't have a name or shade, instead it has the number written at the back.

Texture & Pigmentation: It has a super creamy consistency, and dries really quick, but not so quick that you can't fix a mistake. This forest green gel liner is very pigmented and stays true to its color.

My Thoughts:

I like this gel eyeliner, it's easy to work with and goes on very nicely.  I also like the consistency because once its dries, it stays on. You have to work fast when applying it though, because once it is dried, it doesn't budge, it won't go anywhere till you are ready to take it off. Taking it off is not the easiest thing in the world to do, but for me I use a little bit of vaseline on wipes for easy removal. The only downside to this eyeliner gel is that; It doesn't come with a brush or applicator, so you need to have one already. It is also important to note that, after applying the eyeliner gel, don't forget to clean off any traces of the product from the brush and keep the brush for the next use. You won't want to return to a brush as hard as a rock, would you?

Overall: I also picked up a purple shade, which I haven't used yet. I am not in love with this gel eyeliner though, it's an OK buy. I have tried some other brands which are equally good and are more affordable than this.

Price: #2,500

Where to buy: Inglot Store at The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos

Has anyone else tried the Inglot Eyeliner Gel? Please share your thoughts....
