Savvy& Chic Garden Party for Bloggers: Pictures, Gist and More....

Hi Lovelies,

How are you all doing? I hope your weekend went well?

So on Sunday I attended the Garden Party for bloggers at The Social Place, in Victoria Island hosted by Dabs of Naija Hair Can Grow. It was a floral inspired theme party in celebration of the 3rd edition of the Savvy & Chic magazine... My plus 1 for the party was Alice who happens to be my friend and a fellow blogger.

There were lots of bloggers in attendance, from lifestyle, to fashion, hair and surely beauty bloggers. We discussed issues relating to blogging, reasons for blogging, challenges bloggers face, how to deal with cyber bullying and hate comments from readers, how to get traffic on the blog, making some extra cash through blogging, regrets and so much more.

There was so much to eat and drink and I helped myself to everything... Yes I was a foodie!!!!

My friend Alice took pictures, here are some...

The set up was just too pretty...

lunch was provided by The Social Place...
desserts by sweet kiwi.... I had 2 different flavours with different toppings (covers face)

At first glance, it looks like a bouquet right... It's actually a bouquet of cupcakes by cakes!!!!

It was an amazing time with other bloggers, and I must commend Dabs for hosting such an event. Everyone actually adhered to the dresscode, making it all so pretty and colorful, lots of socializing and we sure learnt a thing or two... We all went home with a goodie bag. I had fun!

Be sure to check out the blogs I stated above and don't forget to register for the Beauty Africa Exhibition & Conference which holds from 7th to 9th of October, 2014. Visit http://www.beautyafricaexhibition.com to register for free.

Till my next post, do stay beautiful..

xoxo
